Hound Lounge daycare pricing

• Full day Casual $55.00

• Full day 5-trip ticket $261.25

• Full day 10-trip ticket $495.00

• Full day 20-trip ticket $935.00

Note: All trip passes expire 12 months after date of purchase, and are non-refundable.

We require payment in advance, or on day of service. Payments to be made by internet banking to 06-0529-0931753-00 (Particulars:Dog name/s, Code: Owner surname, Reference: What you are paying for eg casual, 10 trip).

cancellation policy

All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee depending on the notice given. Please kindly find our updated cancellation policy below. If your dog can't attend for any reason, e.g., on holiday, sick, or for any other reason, the following applies:

• More than 48 hours’ notice: $30 to hold your permanent placement.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the daily service fee will be payable.

• 14 days’ notice is required when you would like to cancel your permanent placement, or the policy above applies.

• 14 days’ notice is required when reducing or changing your permanent daycare day or the policy above applies.

• If, for whatever reason, your dog cannot attend their weekly spot, placement can be held for a maximum of 4 weeks or at our discretion and may be terminated by us after that.

OUTSTANDING FEES

All outstanding debts shall be passed to a collection agency after 30 days. All collection agency costs are recoverable. Any accounts sent for debt collection incur our additional administration fee of $75.
